Every experience I have had with Friendly Dental has been awesome. They are patient and kind. My kids had their first dental appointments and they were so good with them. They were funny, serious, and encouraging. They made us feel like family and now the kids are excited to go back!
After having a terribly unfortunate and traumatic experience at a different dental provider in Charlotte, Friendly Dental, and specifically this location on Woodlawn, has given me exactly what I needed for my dental care! Safety, security, and the confidence I needed to not give up on my dental care journey! This location has an incredibly warm and respectful staff at the front desk that makes you feel comfortable the moment you step through the door. The kind and charismatic dental assistants make you feel safe and secure. Most assuredly, the doctors, such as Dr. Duval and Dr. Ruben, make sure that you feel and ARE heard. They are knowledgeable, honest, and open minded. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone!!
