I’ve stayed at this hotel several times while traveling for work, and every stay has been a great experience. The rooms are always clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful. They gladly accommodated all of my additional requests, which I really appreciated. Parking is convenient, the location is easy to access, and the overall experience has been consistently reliable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
Stopped for the night on our way through Ohio- first room was awful and smelled terrible. TV didn’t work so they moved us, a bit cleaner and smelled way better. I think people in the rooms with screen doors are smoking just outside them, that’s what it smelled like in the whole room. Some of the rooms need a good deep cleaning and peeling wallpaper with water damage behind it needs to be fixed. We are loyal Marriott members but will not be back to this location.

One-star due to dishonest business practice. I booked on-line using Marriott web-site and no additional fees were disclosed. The hotel added a $10 parking fee at check-out. Desk manager was not helpful and unprofessional (jeans, t-shirt, dismissive attitude). The failure to disclose all fees during booking prevents customers from being able to accurately assess how well the property compares to nearby locations. Room and overall hotel experience was comparable to Holiday Inn, except with higher cost and fewer amenities (e.g. no free breakfast). Overall, not best option compared to many nearby properties.
I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Valentine Day weekend I traveled to Ohio. I prepaid for my room of one night via Priceline. When I arrived to the property the associate at the front counter told me I would need to pay $20 for incidentals since I already pre paid. When I swiped my card I received a notification I had been charged $129.11. I immediately went back to the counter and informed them. The associate was so rude my husband had to jump in the middle. This property refuses to work with my bank to refund my money. I've been dealing with this since February. Further actions will be taken place but it's a shame this property would have the audacity to use the your word verses ours tactic. I'm sure the outcome would've been different under different circumstances. Here's the kicker the last 4 on the card number they claimed they charged on record is not my card. These ppl are scammers and this will be resolved!
Location was just ok but will never stay here again! Room again was just ok at best. Told at check in free breakfast Sunday until 10 Monday until nine. Got up early to take advantage manager Andrew Groom said not for you. Went to heat up left overs from night before microwave doesn’t work! My wife called told her microwave in the hall way guess what no microwave! Oh boy have one more night here stay away terrible!
