I am a loyal to staying at Marriott hotels when I travel, amd rarely do I find one that is disappointing, but I won't be staying in this one again. The saying that came to mind was "putting lipstick on a pig"...it was like they were trying to freshen the place at some point, and missed the mark. The pictures show worn, rusty, out of date and tarnished fixtures, a sink that is mounted so far back that you can't even wash your hands under it, and a damp and almost sticky large area of the carpet near the fridge that lasted the 5 days we were there. The email we received about our reservation said our space would be cleaned every 2 days, but apparently they only do it every 3 days which is too long to go between cleanings. We ran out of tissues toilet paper and towels before they came to clean because nothing was full when we arrived (e.g. one of the toilet paper rolls was aoat gone when we checked into the room). When they finally did come to clean they didn't take even bother to take out garbage which was clearly garbage and was overflowing! The toilet seat was one of the ones you find in a restaurant or airport, with the opening in the front, (meaning the seat doesn't fully wrap around and cover the toilet bowl entirely), and it kept sliding from one side to the other. The road noise was SO loud, we had to sleep with the TV on to try to mute the noise, but any loud truck or motorcycle had us awake. The windows were like sitting on the deck, they didn't muffle the noise at all. Multiple times a night the beds would start vibrating. Not strong like an earthquake, but like a strong muscle spasm, which is what I thought I was having the first night. When it happened the 2nd night and my son could feel on his bed and it would start and stop throughout the night for him too,, I knew it was something bigger. It felt like those crazy old Magic Fingers things that they used to have at the Motel 6 in the 70's where you'd put a quarter in to make the bed vibrate. It happened on and off all night, there was no set time, and it was super obnoxious! The food options were very limited, and they had water for guests for our first 2 days, but after that we had get water from the gym. If you're hoping to have dining options in the parking lot, this isn't your place. They are all about 5-8 min away. The fridge barely holds a few drinks, and the furniture style is dated and unappealing. It all looked much nicer in the online photos. The front desk staff were fine...not as warm and inviting as most hotels I've stayed in, but not rude. All in all, with 3 or 4 other hotels on the same property, I'd suggest trying one of those. The room may still have a lot of freeway noise, but hopefully the features and amenities will outweigh that.

NEVER AGAIN! First let me say I have been a Marriott member since 1986 ( Lifetime Titanium for many years). I have stayed at Marriott properties worldwide. Sadly, this property was one of 3 worse ever. Room one (a one bedroom suite) as soon as we walked in .. the intense smell of dog pee and poop hit us. Spots on the carpet and dirty bath. As we boarded the dirty elevator once again to the front desk we noticed how dirty the hallway carpet was as well. Room two (King w couch ...no other 1 bedroom suites available) It was musty, dirty carpet, stained couch, bathroom only moderately clean, doors and switch plates dirty and nightstands dusty. Wall paper peeling in bath and sliding glass door to the balcony filthy! We called around to find ANY other hotel. None. It was Family Weekend at Bowling Green State University.(we were in town to spend time with our grandson) So we purchased cleaning materials and gloves and CLEANED THE ROOM! To add insult to injury, after two nights in this hotel. I went down on Sunday morning to get 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches before check out...$36.00 plus later and a very bad attitude from the person preparing the food, I rushed to just leave. Upon departing we were met with 3 luggage carts blocking the exit doors....whew! We are headed home, can not wait to take a nice shower with hot water that flows properly! Please Marriott...have your properties inspected to the standards we have grown accustomed to. My stay was over $500. I feel we were cheated...
Very nice room. This hotel is bry near the Interstate, but noise wasn't a factor. Clean, tastefully decorated, perfectly laid out. Definitely recommend! (4 stars is due to a closet door that wouldn't shut, and a toilet seat that wasn't properly bolted into place... and the shower was VERY slippery.)
Staff was okay, but the hotel itself feels outdated and uncomfortable. The bed and couch are by far the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. I will not return.
The room was very clean. The lady at the desk Sheri was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a bunch of other hotels which was nice but we ordered door dash which then caused us to have to track down which hotel it was delivered to. So I think overall awesome place. The location is based upon my own preferences. Would highly recommend.
