this place was AWESOME!!! perfect location to see downtown seattle and to get to other places around the area. the staff was very friendly and easily accessible, I felt very welcome and secure. Dreaming about that hotel bed lol. Highly recommend staying here to get the most of your Seattle experience!! It was noisy at night but truly it did not bother me (maybe because I’m from New York so I’m used to it), but it was so fun being around such good energy.
DO NOT STAY HERE! I had the worst ever hotel experience. I was assigned room 1. They had also rented the floor to a party. That party included loudpseakers 10 feet behind my door. Earbuds at full volume did not cover their horrible music. Everything in the room shook. Mind you, there were no concerts advertised on their website at the dates I booked. The room did not sit above a convert venue. No, it sat in the middle of a loud party. Try and see how much sound a simple door blocks out. None. Instead of apologizing, they argued against my refund. I could not stay there. It was simply impossible to sit in that chaos. I rebooked elsewhere. They will argue against my comments but they know what they did. These are horrible people.

This is such an amazing boutique hotel, especially for people like me with social anxiety. The hotel is located literally on the the second floor, right above the music venue. If crowds aren’t your thing, but you still want to be able to see your favorite band, being able to duck out from the main entrance to the hotel entrance literally the next door over is HUGE! (In my photo, the venue doors are on the left and the hotel door on the right.) The room and lobby were nice and clean and the decor was fun and inviting. It kind of felt like I was some rock star with access to private rooms in the back. Super cool! A few points for those who like to prepare ahead of time… there are a few unusual (not bad, just not standard) things to keep in mind: - it’s above a music venue. And they do events in the lobby. You’re going to hear music and drums and bass and all that through the walls and floors. It’s not unreasonably loud, but it is there. They provide earplugs, and there are quiet hours, so you’ll sleep just fine. But let’s face it, you’re probably here for the music anyways. Enjoy the experience! - there isnt a traditional front desk. And they don’t charge your card after the stay like a regular hotel. You’re billed 48 hours before and they email and text a code for the front door and your room. The directions are clear and it’s not hard to follow. It feels a little odd just walking right in, but they kinda adds to the whole rockstar feeling. I actually kind of like this set up better! - the rooms are clean and stocked with towels and soaps and stuff. However, there’s also a place open for extra towels, ice, water, etc. Just head in and grab what you need. Super cool. - the overall experience is pretty self service. But they have email and phone and text support if you need anything. They are super responsive. - the hotel is on the second floor and there is no elevator from what I could gather. If you need assistance with bags, the staff offers to help. You can text or call and they’ll help you up and down. I don’t know how this works with mobility limited or wheelchair accessibly. I don’t doubt that they staff would accommodate (they are amazing), but I’d recommend reaching out ahead of time to make sure you get what you need. Overall, it might not be for everyone, but they do a lot of little things that I kind of wish were standard in hotels. It’s such a fun, quirky venue and it makes you feel involved in the show. And seriously—a room above the venue???—wow what an amazing idea. Thank you so much!!! I will definitely be back ❤️❤️
What a beautiful and spacious room in the heart of the city. Everything was well thought out - something casual and something glam. You kind of feel like you’re staying at your “cool best friends” house. With an amazing bed… …and super comfortable pillows! Bathroom was great, clean and stylish. My only issue was the mirror over the sink was hung for someone much taller (I am barely 5 feet). No matter, there is a full length mirror by the door and a lower mirror next to the bed. My room had a round, lounging chair and fuzzy rug. Loved it! Plenty of outlets. Great lighting (nothing harsh at all). Plus there are earplugs, though my stay was quiet and I didn’t need them. Room temp was perfect, but you can adjust. I cannot wait to stay here again.
The Hotel was unique in the best way. We adored the decor. We booked for a concert (in house) and it was a wonderful hole in the wall type venue that we appreciated whole-heartedly. Thank-you for the stay Crocodile!
