We thoroughly enjoyed the resort’s cleanliness, well-maintained grounds, and friendly staff—the complimentary activities were a highlight. However, we encountered a billing discrepancy regarding a room upgrade. While the front desk agent was very pleasant, there was clearly a misunderstanding; we requested a complimentary upgrade, but were instead charged an additional $40 per night. Since we used express checkout, we didn't catch the error until later. I have reached out via email but have yet to receive a response.
Good location near Scottsdale with quality Hilton condo-style rooms. We enjoy having fridge and stove plus microwave to do breakfast on our own. Plus leftovers are easy to reheat. It was chilly weather, but we never could get hot water in the bathroom. I guess when it is 100 degrees they don't have that issue!

This Hilton property fabulous. We checked in on January 9th went to the office the next morning and met three, Chin, Renee and Ben, wonderful people that helped me with my stay and our experience in Scottsdale. The property is gorgeous and super clean. The pool area is amazing. Even has a quaint little restaurant and bar. Highly recommend this Hilton Property.
Rooms are clean. The used to have lemon water in the lobby was delicious, but not the week I was there. Coffee available in lobby but Decaf you need to ask lobby for. Theres no lids for the coffee in lobby. The serenity spa& pool is nice.
Villa Mirage is in a great central location. Traveling to Phoenix or Mesa, everything is within a half hour drive. You can also venture up to Sedona or down to Tuscon. I love having our own kitchen, living room. and separate bedroom. There are BBQ grills, a small playground, pickleball/basketball courts, and other games as well. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Also, there is a restaurant and bar by the pool.
