AAA did multiple services for us in one day this week. I had three technicians out. Two were able to jet out our main drain line which is about 100 feet. They also jetted a large clogged downspout. The third technician installed a mini hot water tank on the wall in our basement. Did a very nice job and the billing came in at exactly the estimate price. I would recommend AAA
This company came to my home without an appointment started digging in my yard on June 2nd, while we weren't home came back the next day and just put dirt out on the front yard. My husband and I both have called to get the paperwork to find out what was actually done. They should have put in a clean out and we don't see a clean out. We've called in to the company multiple times still can't get paperwork. The secretary claimed that she was sending us an email with pictures. Those emails have not been sent. I spoke to the warranty company who also stated they had no information from this company. They don't have paperwork signed off for the work they did. Nor did the company even request their payment.I'm not sure if this is some kind of scam but this is very poor business practice. I would like to clean out put in as it's supposed to be 5 ft from the foundational wall. And verification of what work was done on my property without my permission. I'd like to edit this review, Tony and his crew came out to rectify the situation they worked hard and got things done Thank you for addressing my concerns.

My water heated busted and my home warranty assigned Advance Plumbing & Drain to me. The were very prompt and Morgan who was the service Tech was great he was very knowledgeable. I DECIDED TO UPGRADE MY SYSTEM to a tankless water heater and based on my previous research they were comparable to other companies. I am very satisfied with the support I received from the office staff and as it pertains to Morgan thanks for the hot water.
I had some leaking copper pipes in the basement and an old outside water spigot and copper water line.I called Advanced Plumbing & Drain and spoke with Barb and she sent a technician named Cameron who was very prompt, polite and knowledgeable. He came in diagnosed the problem and had my water spigot and leaking water lines fixed in no time. I have now found my go to when there is a problem with my plumbing. Give Advanced Plumbing & Drain a call, their pricing is great and you won't be disappointed in their service.
OMG!!!!! Cameron was awesome! Got a email and text message alert they were coming. Cameron was very polite and offered to put booties on but I didn't need that. He diagnosed the problem and had to go buy parts. He was extremely courteous and very very thorough. He is an excellent representative for the company. I would highly recommend them! Especially Cameron
