My AC had stopped working. Outside temp was in the upper 80s, inside temp was 91 with humidity in the low 70s. Dante arrived day after initial contact as promised to assess & provide estimate. He was personable, thorough, knowledgable & efficient. Furnace/AC replacement was needed, promised for next day & it happened just as promised. Two technicians did the work. I cannot remember their names. They, as well, were punctual, professional & efficient. The owner, Elliot, came day after installation & inspected the work to provide final sign-off. He is down to earth, professional, customer focused & operates with integrity. The service I received from Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning was stellar. It was refreshing to encounter a provider demonstrating ALL of the elements of excellent service with a customer focus from initial contact through work completion. The high quality of this company's service, responsiveness & integrity was refreshing & remarkable. They will be my go-to for future services & maintenance. Without reservation, I highly recommend Cincinnati Heating & Air Conditioning.

Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our system a few years ago. We have an upstairs and a main floor unit in our basement. The new filter design for these units is very efficient and they don’t have to be changed as often as our old ones. We have an annual service contract. They come to check both units and service them twice a year. The technicians are friendly and efficient. Calling to schedule an appointment that’s convenient for me is easy. Their trucks say it all. They are honest, friendly and fair. If you need a new unit or service, these are good people.
Best and most fair HVAC company I have ever worked with on a repair. Very quick response time as Brad honestly knew exactly how to diagnose and repair our unit. His knowledge shows through his work, very honest and straight to the point . GREAT service !!
Dante came out early, worked to try to diagnose an issue with a replacement motor i had attempted to install myself. When we werent able to get it to work, he sold me a new motor at the prior agreed upon price and installed it. He was friendly and straightforward. Would call again.
