This place is amazing. I received some of the best customer service I have had in years, extremely professional and on top of things. I took my 2015 Dodge Dart in with some issues, I purchased the car from a salvage yard over a year ago and had not had any work done on it aside from brakes. They did an inspection and found a few things needing maintenance, and they had multiple conversations with me educating me on the issues. They gave me a hierarchy of what needed addressed first and were extremely honest. There were a couple of opportunities where they could have taken advantage of me, and they didn’t. I can’t stress how honest these guys are, I felt looked out for. Their prices are fair and the work done on my car was great.
My wife swears by this company. Our insurance company had us take her vehicle somewhere else. When all was said and done, Buckeye to the rescue. The work ethic of these folks are beyond measure! The honesty is impeccable! Our experience with them has created lifetime customers in us. Truly a rare experience! Customer service like this just doesn’t exist in most places anymore!!!!!

I've gotten new tires and an oil change at Buckeye Complete Auto Care. They have fair prices, and actually explain everything they are doing with pictures, even let me walk in the garage and look under my car. I felt confident in what I was paying for. Their staff are friendly and honest. And, they have a nice lobby to sit in while I wait. I always check with them when my car needs work done. I highly recommend them
Buckeye auto is very honest. They dont try to force you to fix something that isn't broken. The past time I was there this elderly woman came in and I watched them go above and beyond for her. I always feel safe on the road after they inspect my car. Will never go elsewhere!
We got stranded in Columbus after a concert. Found this place after reading reviews. Although we ended up spending a good chunk of change (not their fault, just problems with our vehicle), they were very thorough and transparent.
