My husband and I initially chose this hotel due to its proximity to Truist Park, since we were attending a Braves game the following day. We checked in at the start of Thursdays game so traffic was horrible (our fault, of course). Chick-in was smooth and the employee who did it was very friendly and accommodating after a long days drive. While we did not get a park-facing room (as they were at capacity), we were fine with that. On our last morning, they had an event taking place in the Battery with loud music. On the road-facing side, we could not hear the loud music. We couldn’t even hear the construction across the street, either. My husband is a very light sleeper, so this was good for us. Our room was located near the elevator, but luckily the elevators were not loud nor was there loud neighbors. Our room was a single King with a very good working refrigerator for your drinks or food leftovers. They also provide free bottled waters in the room. Now, for the best part: the shower. The water pressure was glorious! I’ve never felt so relaxed from a shower in my life! The pool area was nice and it does have views of Truist park, but we did not utilize the pool facilities except to watch part of the game right after we arrived. We did use the gym, however, and while it was small and does not have state of the art equipment, they have everything you need for an adequate workout. The only downside we experienced was due to the event taking place on our last day. Every place was crowded at the Battery for breakfast. Even the hotel restaurant had a waitlist. We ended up eating the lobby breakfast, which had no wait. However, the space was very crowded and set up in such a weird way that it was not enjoyable. The cost was $24/person. With as little as I eat, I felt that cost wasn’t worth it. It was a fine breakfast, but not one I would repeat if I could help it. The location is exceptional as there are eateries, venues, and shopping nearby. Truist park is probably a 100’ walk (if that) from the hotel. I highly recommend this location.

I know only 5 stars are available, but our visit was a 10/10 experience. From the moment you check in until the moment you leave, there were smiling faces and helpful people all around. The valet experience was top tier with employees there going above and beyond for us and the front desk was the same exact way. My wife and I were here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and the hotel staff really stepped up for us to be able to enjoy that. Our room had a direct view into Truist Park on one side and the Battery on the other, yet there was almost no noise once we pulled the curtains. Don't hesitate, book now!
Amazing hotel. Everything about this hotel was great. I had never really heard of the brand and never stayed at one before but I will definitely be looking for Omni hotel anytime I go somewhere now. The location was amazing, we went to a braves game and you can literally watch the game from your room, we also went to the aquarium and zoo and both were veryeasy to get to and only a few miles away. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful from the valet to the bell hops to the front desk, everyone was great, I was able to check in a little early, they held my bags until my room was ready, you can text with the front desk which is surprisingly useful. The property is extremely clean, well kept and beautiful. The rooms were very nice, again very clean, great view and surprisingly spacious, it does get a little loud during the braves games but that is to be expected when you are that close and it wasnt too bad. The only slight negative about my stay was the hotel restaurant was not great, it was ok, staff were a little slow, food wasn't what you would expect for such a great hotel. The place was empty every day we were there which kind of tells you something, but plenty of other food options within a few feet of the hotel. Overall great hotel, I will definitely be looking g for more Omni hotels and if I ever am back in Atlanta this is where I will stay for sure.
This is by FAR the best place we have ever stayed. We went for my birthday and they made sure it was special!! The room view was unmatched along with the birthday cheesecake they sent up to my room. The location is top tier! If going for a braves game you don’t have to worry about driving or parking anywhere. Everything is just steps away! We highly recommend! 10/10
What an incredible experience. Second year running and I keep thinking we cant top the one before. Well we did and Kitty again rocked the stay. Marsha got us checked in and remember us from the last time. And we got to add to our incredible staff by the pool Ashley and Atika.
