I was worried that this hotel would be hard to get too with all the construction utensils it was well worth the trip. I went there for a business trip and honestly its the only place I want to stay at now. I was on the 7th floor and the stay couldn't have been nicer. The staff was very friendly, very responsive and actually looked to enjoy helping people. The rooms was large enough and very clean. The air conditioner worked well, the shower was large with excellent pressure. Plenty of towels, basically when you show up you dont need to ask for anything. I cant say enough good things about this location. The catered our event and the food was also very good. It has a great view of the Braves stadium.
We had an amazing stay at the Omni Hotel at The Battery! Our room had an incredible view of Truist Park — the baseball field, Braves sign, the greenery, and the Ring statue, plus a great view of The Battery. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, and the staff brought anything we asked for right up. The heated pool and fire pit were perfect for a cold day, and we had a really fun, relaxing time. Valet was actually cheaper than the garage, which was a nice bonus. The only hiccup was housekeeping — our room wasn’t cleaned when we came back, but the front desk handled it quickly. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again for that amazing view!

Good morning, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to stay at your property. The view from our room was beautiful and truly appreciated. Additionally, the front desk team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant arrival experience. However, I would like to share some concerns regarding our stay. Based on the rate paid, I expected accommodations and amenities reflective of a luxury hotel experience. Unfortunately, several aspects of our room did not meet those expectations. We were unable to connect to the television, as it was not a smart TV, which limited our viewing options to standard programming. Additionally, the thermostat did not appear to function properly. Despite adjusting the temperature to 71 degrees, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night. Most concerning was the comfort level of the bed. It was quite uncomfortable, to the extent that my husband chose to sleep in the chair due to back discomfort. The bathroom tissue also felt noticeably thin and rough, which further contributed to the sense that the overall room experience did not align with the premium pricing. As a Georgia native who has stayed at many hotels throughout the Atlanta area, I have experienced high-quality staycation accommodations that deliver both comfort and value. For the price point of your property, I expected a comparable level of comfort and attention to detail. While I am grateful for the beautiful view and the kindness of your staff, the overall experience did not meet expectations relative to the rate charged. Stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. The service was top tier, the drinks and food were really good. Room service was quick. Would highly recommend this hotel, so many places nearby.
The "Home Run Hospitality" Review: From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. I’m currently on a quest to visit all 30 MLB stadiums (Truist is #22!), and the team at the Omni truly made me feel like part of the family. They proactively noted my request for a ballpark view and were so enthusiastic about my mission. It’s one thing to have a great location, but the personal touch and 'Grand Slam' service here are what make it a must-stay for any baseball fan. They didn't just give me a room; they helped me celebrate a huge milestone!
