A storm had blown the siding off the gable of my rental property and damage some shingles on the roof requiring a complete replacement of the roof. Greg at QE was able to quickly provide a detailed quote and help work me through the insurance process with great explanations and details. I decided to go with them over another company because I live out of the state and Greg had great communication that allowed me to keep my tenants well informed. They were able to get the supplies delivered and the entire job complete in a single day. It looks great and that was confirmed by my property manager. Definitely reach out to Quality and they will get you fixed up and looking great.
Quality Exterior replaced my aged roof and it looks great! Gregg was very easy to talk to, not pushy, provided several options of materials and was reasonably priced. His crew was at the house early, worked the entire day and finished by 9pm, that included cleaning up! I have already recommended QE&R to neighbors

Very professional and fast service. We have a 2400 sq ft ranch and they replaced our whole roof including all the plywood decking, gutters and facia metal in 2 days. We have dealt with other roofers in the past Quality Exteriors was by far the best and most professional. When they were all done they cleaned up so good that the only evidence that they were there was the beautiful roof they installed. What made all this even better is they were substantially cheaper than all the big companies you see advertised on TV all the time. I would highly recommend Quality Exteriors to do your next roofing project.
Quality Exterior and Restoration truly saved the day on a client’s project in Kettering. We were repairing water damaged walls when it became clear the issue was coming from outside. Quality Exterior and Restoration's team came out, quickly found where water was getting in from the roof, and patched it to stop the issue until a full replacement can be done in the spring. Extremely thankful for how responsive and professional they were and for taking great care of our client. Highly recommend them.
We had wind damage from all the storms here in Dayton and Gregg came out gave me a very reasonable quote. Got his guys out here right away fix my roof. They were all amazing to work with. I would highly recommend them if I could give them more than five stars I would.
