Outstanding Roof Replacement Experience with Seattle Roof Systems When my roof was showing its age and had a few minor problems, I knew it was time for a full replacement before the rainy season arrived. I reached out to three different roofing companies for bids, and Seattle Roof Systems immediately stood out. Their response was the fastest, their proposed solution was tailored to my specific needs, and their price was the most competitive. Working with Zoom was an absolute pleasure. Unlike other companies, he patiently listened to all my needs and concerns, making me feel heard and valued. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—Zoom was always on top of everything. The crew was punctual, and the project progressed exactly according to the schedule we had discussed. Zoom also went above and beyond to help me with some pre-existing issues on the house, like rerouting a TV cable to a better location. It was a simple fix, but it showed his dedication to quality and customer care. I’m incredibly happy with my new roof and am now eagerly waiting for the rain to put it to the test! Seattle Roof Systems did a fantastic and thorough job on our house at a very competitive price. In looking for solar , we discovered that our roof was not up to code and in urgent needed repair. Seattle Roof was incredibly responsive during after the bidding process and very flexible setting up a date for the work They even coordinated with the Solar company so that we could get access to tax incentives and they set up the solar bracket mounting as well. They also dis an excellent job on chimney flashing, full decking replacement, and full shingle roof replacement. I don't normally write reviews, but I've worked with a few roofers over the years and these guys were significantly better than most. I'll be recommending them to my neighbors and friends.
Zoom and his crew pressure washed our patio, cleaned our roof by hand without using chemicals (because my dog likes to drink from the gutters), cleaned our gutters and repaired/replaced a large portion of our roof where there were some leaks. Their work was thorough and they worked efficiently. I’m very happy with how the roof looks and it’s held up to the most recent weather events. Zoom was a total pleasure to work with and I’ve already recommended Seattle Roof Sytems to a few of my dear friends. My friends are also really happy with the work Zoom and the crew did for them. A++ all around!!
We had a great experience with Zoom and the team from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout. Zoom started out by showing us around the outside and inside of our roof (from the attic), indicating where it was in better or worse condition and where signs of leakage could be found. He didn’t push to sell us anything and even suggested we’d be fine for a couple more years with what we had. Ultimately we decided that we were in a good position to replace our roof and gutters this year. Zoom clearly informed us about all of our options and was straightforward about things we probably did not need, especially on our smaller home. He was transparent with costs and the final price was extremely competitive for our area. Scheduling was easy. The roofers were accommodating and were careful with our driveway and yard. They used excellent quality shingles. Within a couple days we had several neighbors asking who did our great-looking new roof. In short, I definitely recommend these guys. Zoom goes above and beyond with communication, which really helps to make a large, stressful purchase much easier.
