I can’t say enough good things about John! He was able to do the sewer line scope within 24 hours. He was quick, efficient, and cleaned up the space after he was done. Gave quick estimates (and reasonable!). John was also highly personable and I enjoyed talking to him! Highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟
I was extremely happy with my service. Why? Because: 1. They weren’t just on time, they were early 2. The process of setting up the appointment was easy 3. John, my technician, was super friendly and respectful 4. John knew exactly what the issues were and explained things to me clearly as the process moved forward 5. Everything I needed was on the truck; no need to order anything 6. Although I had multiple issues, John had things up and running in less than one hour I’ll call again should I need service and would gladly recommend them to my family. I’m pleased with the results.

John did a fantastic job diagnosing and clearing our sewer line. He used a camera to show me exactly what was going on, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
I have had a very nice experience with technician John with Plumbtite. He was very friendly, courteous and a pleasure to come into my home. He was thoughtful in asking me if I could qualify for a discount. My refrigerator waterline work was done with complete satisfaction and in a timely manner.
