The decor is really cool and the lounge was impressive. The Marriott elite recognition was really great. I usually feel like being platinum doesn't pay off but we enjoyed our free breakfast and free waters. The staff was lovely all around. Valet opened doors and welcomed us. Front desk provided suggestions of places to visit. The restaurant staff was professional and attentive. We will definitely come back!
Wanted to love the Kinley, but our tiny room made it tough. It might be the smallest hotel room I’ve stayed in, even after staying in Tokyo and NYC. The bathroom felt like it was practically on top of the bed, the laminate flooring was oddly creaky underfoot, and our view was just a wall outside the window. Bed itself was comfortable, bathroom was surprisingly generous, but room was very tight for two adults, especially with a small coffee table eating up floor space I’d rather have had open. Really no place for luggage. The location was also a letdown. It’s billed as downtown, but it felt like it was in the middle of nothing, not much activity within walking distance despite the “downtown” label. To make it worse, street noise into the night. Service was a highlight: front desk was polite, and valet was genuinely excellent. But small inconveniences added up, no complimentary coffee downstairs in the morning, and the breakfast cafe didn’t start until 8 AM on a weekend. Good hotel with real potential.

Kinley was a nice Marriott property in a conveniently central location for Cincinnati. There weren't too many frills or additional amenities at this location, but our room was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The bar service downstairs was slow but I think they only had 1 staff working so that makes sense. Would stay here again if I was traveling through Cincinnati.
Great place to relax or have a drink or have something to eat. The hotel is downtown and within walking distance of the Arnoff center. The beds are comfy and the staff is friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant, Unexpected Burgers & Bourbon is fantastic too. Oh, and I can’t forget the bar in the lobby, which is also very nice. A special thanks to Yuvaraj. He made the my stay with his kindness and thoughtfulness. I did valet parking while there. The valet team was also very helpful
We loved our stay at the Kinley for our son’s orientation at the University of Cincinnati! The staff was wonderful, always very welcoming. The valet was timely and safe. We saw the manager more than once who always went out of his way to say hi and ask us how we were doing highly recommend!
