I was very stressed when I discovered water leaking from my mom’s bathroom into the garage ceiling. I reached out to a few people in my community for recommendations, but I didn’t feel confident about the solutions that were suggested. I searched Google and found PDX Plumber, and I’m so glad I did. Adam was incredibly helpful and was able to schedule someone to come out and inspect the issue right away. After receiving the quote, I immediately scheduled the repair. So today Chris and Nolan came to fix the problem. They were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. They also cleaned up thoroughly after completing the job, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair and affordable, and I even received a 5% discount through one of their promotions. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend PDX Plumber to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional plumbing services. Chris and Nolan are both incredible! Kris installed the sump pump and a garbage disposal for us and let our three year-old (future plumber) shadow him the whole time. He is kind and professional and I really appreciate the great work. I definitely recommend them!!

The PDX Plumber team are absolutely wonderful! We had called Apollo, Plumbing and Heating to help my 80 year old Mother to replace her faucet. Apollo arrived at her house and called me to let me know it was going to be $1700 for a faucet. 😳 I promptly asked them to leave. I immediately called PDX Plumber and they prioritized my Mothers situation and were on point the following day, charging a fraction of what Apollo had quoted! We felt completely taken advantage of. PDX Plumber were in and out with a very high level of professionalism and service. If you want a plumber you can actually TRUST, CALL PDX PLUMBER! There are so many marketing companies today that are over charging and not delivering the service, TRUST and care!! PDX Plumber is delivering just that! Quality businesses still exist and PDX Plumber is for sure that company! I could go on and on about my experience but the review won’t get looked at. PDX Plumbing is what you’re looking for. Nobody likes these situations when they arise and trusting someone is always lingering in the background when looking for a solution in a hurry. Nolan from PDX Plumber was awesome. Came out for a leak we had been informed of by others working on our crawlspace.
