I drove from Iowa to Chicago and right as I was getting into the city, my car starting acting funny. Terrible news because I needed to be able to get home within 24 hours for work. Called Eliot's and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Got a diagnosis quickly, a brake caliper had seized on me. They ordered the part and had the car ready by the next morning. Can't thank you enough for getting my car fixed so quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable price. I was able to get home safely for work and am very grateful for these guys. I drive a Volkswagen Beetle and my catalytic converter was stolen, so I brought it to Eliot’s. When I initially called they were extremely patient on the phone, continuing to answer my question of if my car that was basically breaking the sound barrier was safe to drive and encouraged me to bring it in ASAP. They fixed it in under 4 hours and I was able to pick it up the same day! Super friendly and informative, providing me with a variety of options and explaining the pros/cons. Was very happy with my experience, I will be returning (hopefully not for the same reason)

Eliot’s did a really great job on my car which I brought in with quite a few issues to be addressed. It was easy to make an appointment online and they were very efficient only taking the day to complete numerous jobs. I will be taking my car here from here on out versus a bigger name auto shop which I don’t believe gives the same kind of attention to my vehicle.
Eliot's has been my go to auto shop for years. They've always done excellent work with incredibly fast turn around. They're fair, honest, and communicative. Eliot might've retired and I could see that turning some people away, but I can assure that they are just as good as they were before and I will continue bringing my car here.
We are beyond thankful for Eliot’s Complete Auto Repair. They officially closed at 5 PM, but stayed open for us even though we didn’t arrive until 6:35 PM. They replaced our alternator, fixed our tire, added oil, and made sure our car was completely safe and ready to go before we left. Everyone was so kind, honest, and helpful during such a stressful situation. We truly don’t know what we would have done without them. Highly recommend!
