We had a delightful visit! All the staff was friendly. Keith, the bartender, was very warm and welcoming after our long drive. The breakfast was outstanding! There were many choices that were all fresh. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.
Very clean hotel. It needs updating, but it is adequate. The great thing about this hotel is the staff. The bartender is phenomenal. She was very friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly. The breakfast is top of the line. The staff is outstanding and extremely friendly. They are very lucky to have the quality of people working here as they do. This makes a difference where I choose to stay. I stayed at hotels that were beautiful, in extraordinary locations and the staff wrecked the experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a pretty good experience during our stay. The room, bedding, and bathroom were all clean and well maintained. The complimentary snacks and drinks in our room were a nice surprise and very much appreciated. The staff at both the front desk and breakfast area were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room faced the highway, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little traffic noise we heard, which made for a quiet and comfortable stay. The only disappointments were that the swimming pool water was quite cold and not very enjoyable, and our room had a noticeable musty/mildew odor. Aside from those issues, we had a positive stay overall.
The team serving breakfast here at Embassy Suites Canton, Ohio, Ms. Andra, Ms. Vera on the grill, and Mr. Ryan, are serving us well this morning. They are efficient. Serve with a smile. Caring. Attentive. Very tasty made-to-order omelets. Ms. Susan at the desk is a friendly and very helpful presence. Highly recommended. Ms. Christina in housekeeping is helpful and friendly.
The rooms are beautiful, and the bedroom is separate from the living room. The room was already cool when we arrived, unlike other places. The bar staff and late-night staff were rude. If you don't want kids staying at your place, don't be on "stay to play" ball sites. But since you are on those sites, you really need to have breakfast open earlier when ball clubs are staying. We often have to get up early for games, and the kids could use breakfast, even if it's just quick items or scrambled eggs, meat, potatoes, and bread, not the whole spread.
