I am very pleased with the new roof, gutters, and roof repairs done by Pro Roofing NW. I had rotted wood under my flat roof above the sunroom, the attic ventilation was not up to code, and the main roof and gutters needed to be replaced. The estimate was fair and there were no high pressure sales at all. The communications were great, the work crew was very polite and efficient, and the whole project was completed in a week. The crew cleaned up everything including sweeping inside my sunroom after the repairs were done to that area. The attic ventilation gives me peace of mind that we have good air flow now. The office manager put me in contact with a Credit Union that financed the whole project with no money down. The whole experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend Pro Roofing NW. A Bacon Pond

From start to finish, the customer support was amazing. Every question we had was answered promptly, and the process felt organized and professional the whole way through. The crew was respectful of our home and incredibly thorough. They kept our yard clean at the end of every single day, which we truly appreciated, and did a very detailed final cleanup once the job was complete. One thing that really stood out was that they sent an inspector out afterward to verify that everything was done properly. That extra step gave us so much confidence in the quality of their work. We absolutely love our new roof and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality workmanship, strong warranties, and outstanding customer service!
While the company was prompt in their initial outreach and provided a quote quickly, the proposal included products that were ill-suited for my specific needs. For example, they included 'Oceanguard' paint, a product designed for coastal, salt-water environments, despite my property being located inland and offered me a more expensive 24 gauge option when its not really needed for a residential roof. Although the initial interaction was friendly, communication ceased after I asked for a revised quote without the unnecessary upgrades. The pricing was significantly higher than expected (2nd highest out of 10ish quotes i had), which seems to reflect a focus on premium upselling rather than providing practicalsolutions. I recommend potential customers scrutinize their line items carefully before signing. When I told the company I never heard back the salesperson told me he didnt get any messages, despite twice telling me he would send me a revised quote and never bothering to.
