I would give more stars if available. Joe and Jeff were great. Came on time replaced my water heater and left the place spotless. Made sure to take time to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Also their price was very reasonable. Even when I called for an appointment and had several questions Linda was amazing so nice and really helpful.
Jeff and Tyler have been to our home multiple times always do an excellent job. They’re polite, knowledgeable and always very respectful. We recommend Big Tom’s to all of our friends and family in the area.
Plumbing problems are stressful! Every contact I had with the folks from Big Tom’s was polite, pleasant and reassuring. Linda in the office was friendly and kind. Jason and his partner did a quick, efficient, and clean job replacing my water heater. I will surely call on them again when my next plumbing need arises. And you should too!

The guys from Big Tom’s installed a toilet in our half bath today within a half hour! Excellent workmanship! Clean and efficient! Thank you for such quick response time in scheduling this install. So pleased with this new toilet ( American Standard, round bowl)and the design! We were concerned about the length being too long for the small lavatory and it’s just perfect!!! 😃😃😃 Thank you for quality service and using quality products!!!!
We have used Big Tom’s several times. The job is always done very well. They are a trustworthy company and run things efficiently. Tyler, Jeff, Van and Joe did a great job.
