I have nothing but great things to say. I've had 2 systems replaced by them and when the time comes I'll have them do it again. They're responsive, fast, clean, and hassle free. Jim and Co. are always looking out to make sure I'm getting the best price I can and are honest about different options. It's generally not a fun time when something is going wrong with your HVAC system, but it is really great knowing that when it does I don't have to call and shop around, they'll have my back.
AC decided to go out on a hot humid day. Asked neighbors for recommendations and was given Irish Air as a suggestion. Called and they were able to send someone out the same day. Jim, the technician, was quick to discern the problem and was able to do the repair right away. Cost was much less than expected and can already feel the difference minutes after he left. Highly recommend!

Called the team for a second opinion after a scary report from another company that seemed over the top. Had no problem getting an appointment the next day and the technician (Corbin) was on time and very polite. He did a very detailed inspection of the furnace and even got in my crawlspace to check all the exhaust lines. After about an hour of inspections he said my furnace was old but safe and helped talk me through signs to watch for. They sent me a easy to understand breakdown of what he found and price options for replacement so I can budget for a new unit. All of this and the service call was free, since they were doing a second opinion. I know 100% who will be replacing the furnace for me, Irish Air.
