When it came time for us to take on a huge renovation of our home we looked for a contractor with three primary considerations in mind. First and most importantly was a reputation for exceptional quality. Second, we wanted a company that provided turn-key services. And finally, they had to have the same vision and design aesthetic as us. We found such a partner in Emergent and we are so happy with our decision. Every single Emergent associate was top notch and a pleasure to work with throughout the six months of construction. This also goes for all of their sub-contractors. As client’s, we had a very clear vision and high expectations and they were on top of it if there was ever an issue or we suggested a change. Renovations can be daunting but Emergent maintained good communication throughout, and the project management database they used helped tremendously with messaging, schedule transparency and financial management.
