Service call: My AC went out so I called One Hour as I’ve used them in the past and always had fantastic service. Jordan was sent to my home. Very knowledgeable and friendly UNTIL it was time to talk replacing the unit. I was approved for their financing and he started hounding me to not use it, take the money out of my 401k instead. Would NOT let the 401k idea he had go. He talked for 20 minutes about it. He went on and on about they will give me a bigger discount to pay from my 401k, they won’t make any money if I use the financing option. Was SO PUSHY on the 401k idea that I was starting to feel like I was being conned. It made the situation look like he wasn’t there to help with service but to only get me to spend as much money as possible. I finally had to ask why the option was offered if the company didn’t want us to use it. It really was an uncomfortable and unnecessary conversation. I got to the point of telling him it was being financed or I was taking my business elsewhere. On the installation: the guys were early, very friendly and did great work! Eddie and Jake were helpful and the work was completed quickly. Eddie was cracking me up and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up and let me know another person was coming to take the old unit away. I’d recommend both of them.
On this hot holiday weekend, we unfortunately had our outside ac unit shut off. I called around to different heating and cooling companies and all were booked up to 4 days or more days. With a pregnant wife and pup in the house we couldn’t wait up to 4 days. I called One Hour and they were able to get someone out to me the very next day and when I say I was relieved to have someone come out to check the issue I was so thankful. We were blessed to have Jason B. come out and take a look. He was able to give us a diagnostic breakdown and was very knowledgeable. He not once pressured us to buy or purchase something we didn’t need. He helped us find the best option, and because of his great work and ability. Our unit is working on cooling itself down. Shawn went above and beyond to make me feel confident that my HVAC unit will not have another major issue. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated that he did not skip steps or try to rush through the job—he took the time to be thorough and make sure everything was properly reviewed and addressed. A shoutout as well to his colleagues, Jason M and Bart, for their help in identifying and resolving the unit issues. I also want to recognize manager Jason C for the overall customer service and support. I truly could not be more satisfied with the comprehensive review that was performed by One Hour H&AC and the level of care shown by the team. This kind of service has become rare, and it absolutely stood out. Bravo!
Great service by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Very detailed oriented. The technician Brayden did an excellent job. Cleaned and serviced the unit outside, even removed some weeds around the unit. Replaced a part under warranty. Would highly recommend, will request Brayden again for any future scheduled maintenance jobs.
I was not home during the installation but once I got home my new AC was installed and working great. Everything seemed to go smooth without any issues. The experience from the start to finish has been well above satisfaction. Thank you.
