Chris is fantastic! Our installers Jimmy and Corey were great and we love Donna! Everyone we've dealt with in this company is very personable and friendly. They provide great service, answer all of our questions and make sure everything is done right. The products they installed are very nice, and the price was right. We felt very heard about what we wanted, and feel like our needs were met, and then some!
As always, Legacy delivers! AC was not cooling as it should. Called Monday and scheduled for Friday. Within Monday they managed to rearrange schedules and stopped by Tuesday afternoon. Diagnosed the issue in about 30min and after a thorough explanation of some part issues only charged for additional refrigerant. AC is working like new!

Chris came this morning and was so professional and friendly - easy and comfortable to have in my home. He made a thorough assessment of the furnace and was kind enough to explain what he was doing (in layman’s terms-making it simple for me to understand).
