After the install of my tankless water heater the technician never stayed long enough to check his work for leaks. We were out of town so no one was home to check the work. I had my son stop by on his way home to make sure everything was ok. He found a pipe leaking and getting the drywall wet. I called the 24 hr line to get someone to fix it and they didn’t want to send anybody for 12 hrs. Luckily I was able to get a hold of the salesman and he was very helpful getting someone to address the problem in a few hrs. It seems that this company has some good employees and some bad. Until they can address the bad employee problem, I would use someone else.
We had a fantastic experience with Mr. Plumber, especially Luke W., who was thorough, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our water heater installation. He took the time to clearly explain the issues and our options, making sure we felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. Luke not only did an excellent job solving the problem, but he also kept our budget in mind and helped us choose a cost-effective solution. We truly appreciate his care, expertise, and quality work, and highly recommend Mr. Plumber.

Everyone we dealt with at Carter’s My Plumber was very professional and easy to work with. We had a leaky water heater replaced. All of our options for a replacement were explained including costs. We are very happy with how well the installation was done and how neat and clean everything looked afterwards. We would definitely use them again.
We were very happy with the results and the customer service through the process. These guys came in at a very competitive price and have a great warranty on their product and workmanship. They were here on the hottest day of the year and still had their customer service hats on! Great work!
Everything they advertise, is ABSOLUTELY TRUE and more! I had a sewer issue with my home. Furthermore, it was not the time to have such a costly repair. Sarah Oudin and Alex P (from the drain team) arrived on time, were very professional, knowledgeable, and I learned a lot I didn't know. After talking with them, they decided to snake the outside drain free of charge. It was truly a blessing to know some companies put humanity first even in this economy. Now, all of my plumbing needs will be handled by Carters My Plumbing in the future! I highly recommend them !
