The only good part about this scammy company is the location. My family and I arrive on time for check, at 4pm, once we arrived we found a filthy apartment and no baby crib which we requested and had been confirmed with the coming twice before arrival. When we contacted the company they merely stated, “thank you Skyler for you understanding and patience in the matter”. Don’t book with this company unless you want to be scammed and have the worst hospitality experience of your life.
This hotel is in an exceptional location and it was a pretty good price when we stayed. That being said, it wasn’t priced so well that it made up for several overall negatives about the stay here. Whether or not you could get the shower to provide hot water was a coin flip. They have portable ac units jerry-rigged in the windows in such a way that there is no sound deadening in the room whatsoever. Whatever is going on outside the hotel may as well be happening feet away from you. In downtown Seattle with sirens, loud homeless people and a never ending chorus of pigeons, it’s hard to ignore the constant and deafening noise of the city. The WiFi came in and out and even when you could connect it was incredibly slow. No onsite luggage storage if you get there early or have a late flight. Very very little cookware in the kitchenette to the point it makes it not all that useful. Our bed was comfortable but creaked and groaned with the slightest movement. This is a good place to stay if you’re a very heavy sleeper looking for a budget stay near pikes place. This is not a place you stay if you’re looking forward to relaxing on vacation.

Best thing about the hotel is the location. Walkable to literally everything. I also liked how spacious it was. For what I paid for the place, it was actually very nice! You're not gonna get a 5 star hotel but as long as you have the right expectations it is great! Its a budget hotel! The only con was it was a bit loud outside at night but what do you expect? Its right in the middle of busy downtown.
Stayed at room 505. Overall, I had an excellent stay with little niggles for improvement. Here are my negative and positive observations. 1. The toilet bowl is not bolted on the floor and slightly tilts when the person sitting moves a bit. While there is no smell, a Google search says that an air vacuum is going on and this should be addressed immediately before leaks do happen. 2. The shower area is really tight and cramped, and I'm a small but lightly plump person. The shower curtain also allows water to seep out onto the floor outside. 3. Kitchen is more than adequate and noticeably useful. It has been generously supplied with essentials such as spoons, forks, knives, a pair of scissors, cups, drinking glasses, bowls, plates, a boiling kettle, a relatively large refrigerator, an oven with stove top, microwave, coffee-maker and coffee pods. 4. There are ample US-plugs for electric gadgets and laptops. 5. Lighting is not too bright and is typical of American homes from my observation. 6. Weather or climate insulation appears to work very well but there's a slightly cumbersome air-conditioning equipment on the floor by the side of the bed that garishly connects to the bedside window, which prevents the blinds to fully cover the window well. 7. The elevator scares some guests a bit. It's quite old and gives off unassuring noises and jolts, but it's spacious especially when traveling with large luggage. Some floor buttons also appear to work not very well (they don't easily light up when pressed). 8. The location is top notch for downtown Seattle and for walkable proximity to Pike Place market and the harbor area.
This is not a hotel - there is no lobby, no staff, no services. It's a converted apartment building that should, at best, be operating as an Airbnb. The rooms are generally a bit grubby, the wifi didn't work at all, the CO alarm went off constantly, and the hot water was spotty. When asked about fixing the valve, after maintenance took a look a day later, their response was, "Yeah, we'll have to replace that eventually." On the up side, having a full kitchen is nice, and the location is amazing. But it's not a hotel.
