I had an absolutely amazing experience at TEND! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. I had a deep cleaning a few days ago everyone there is just so nice and respectful. I enjoyed my hygienist. She was very gentle. She explained what is going on before she do it beautiful personality. I have never had any problems with anyone there. You would truly enjoy this Dental’s clinic.

I scheduled my appointment for 8 AM. Received an email to confirm and I responded the second. I got the text. I received a text a few days later to fill out paperwork which I did. I then got a text on Saturday before my Tuesday appointment, confirming that it was an 8 o’clock appointment. Then the day before I received a text saying my appointment was at 8:30. I go into the office and they said that I never confirmed even though I received a text confirming my appointment then the office manager said she called me which she never did because I have no record of it. And she had no sympathy and was very rude. Their AI system is not connected well to their in office system and things are not matching up.
I’ve been a patient at Tend Dental for over two years, and I consistently have excellent experiences with their team. The quality of care is impeccable, and everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Today I went in for a second opinion on my retainers, and the dentist recommended that I keep the ones I already have. I was genuinely impressed by the honesty—he easily could have recommended (and charged for) a service I didn’t need, but instead gave me straightforward, ethical advice. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines great work with transparency and integrity. I trust Tend completely and highly recommend them.
I am so disappointed in the way this practice has changed over the past six months. They are completely reliant on AI to determine if you need fillings. My dentist, who I previously liked a lot, did not even look at my xrays before telling me I had multiple cavities I needed to be scheduled for....based on what? Their AI system they use. I came to tend to seek medical advice from a physician, not a computer. Additionally, my cleaning wasn't longer than five minutes. They scraped my teeth and sent me on my way. They are much more focused on efficiency over patient care and experience. I will not be returning.
