This was one of the best experiences we have had! The rooms were extremely clean and everything was so detailed. The experience was fun and challenging enough that we had to ask for clues which made it even more fun! There was a minor hiccup with a slideshow and they worked hard to get it taken care of quickly. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to try out another theme!
The Romantic Adventure Getaways - Hillsboro is located in a small town with lots of food and drink options and they take pride in the town history as well. Before we were able to enter our room, we arrived early and had an early dinner and walked around the town for a while. It was great! We did the Night in Paris room. It was amazing! All the riddles, secret passages, and creative layout on how everything played into each other was unbelievable. It was fun and relaxing...it's basically an all night escape room. I don't want to give anything away but trust that you all have a great time. My wife and I are already looking into the other rooms to see what we would like to do next.

This was such a FUN experience! My partner & I wanted a little escape and fun getaway from home, and this was the perfect adventure for it! We stayed at the Wizard romance with fun clues and adventures through out the whole house! So many fun activities as well as a clean space! Would love to come back and try Night in Paris next!
If you are debating-stop and book it now! I cannot describe how much fun my husband and I had. Honestly, I got a little anxiety before arriving; I was worried it was going to be weird or cheesy. It was not-the whole stay far exceeded my expectations. At one point I was jumping up and down giggling and told my husband "10 year old me is so happy right now". It has been 2 days since we left and we cannot stop talking about all the cool things. We went for our 20th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. We got to spend quality time together, had a million laughs and it was very intimate. We are bigger people but we did not have any issues doing all the things-we fit and were able to enjoy everything. My one and only negative is the bed isn't extremely comfy but you can sleep when you get home 😉. We cannot wait to go back. So many personal touches that the host did made it incredible! I just love all the fun details!!
This was a really fun and romantic adventure. The rooms were incredibly detailed. We did the Pleasure Island (Pirate Adventure) and our bed was at the top of this giant ship bow which was at least 8 foot tall! The room escape elements were challenging but there were QR codes with hints if you are stuck. There were multiple hidden rooms and fun/romantic things to do in between rooms (like one room had a massage table.) It was also a short walk to the local restaurants to grab a quick bite in-between puzzles. We really enjoyed it and will be coming back again to do another.
