NEVER AGAIN! Do not take your car here. They don’t schedule appointments or account for their mistakes or “training errors” my husband called the previous night “5 minutes before closing.” according the the manager Nico at 7pm. My husband spoke with an associate by the name of Orlandis went through a series of questioning and was told he needs an alignment and that he could come at 7am the next morning. My husband arrives ON TIME to his appointment only to be told that the appointment was NEVER scheduled and that his car couldn’t be worked in and if we wanted to he could come a different day and time! I then called and asked to speak to the manager and that wasn’t help either. I was informed that he apologizes but there was nothing he could do besides come at a different day and that he would have a discussion with Orlandis and the alignment is typically 129.99 but he could do it for 99.99 if it needed an alignment because according to the notes it doesn’t sound like it’s an alignment and so they would probably tell my husband it needed more work. He did offer an appointment the same day but at a way later time (6 hours later time) if we wanted that. I then informed him that I would be making a call to cooperate and he said the only thing his boss was going to tell him was to have a talk with the employee and he didn’t need the hassle from his boss. So unprofessional and highly disappointed. I will not take my car there again!

Nico and the team did an excellent job. My tire was leaking due to a screw, which Nico quickly found. My tires are a unique size and weren’t in stock, but for a small fee they were able to pick up a replacement (instead of wait several days for delivery) and install it the same day. I dropped my car off at 10 a.m., even though my appointment wasn’t until 1 p.m., and it was finished by 12:30 p.m. Fast, friendly service and great communication. Thanks again!
