Great company. I called on a Sunday night because my furnace wasn’t working. The repair person was here first thing on Monday morning. Absolutely fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got my furnace running very quickly. He then reviewed various options with me for the future. It was very easy to send my payment via Zelle. Could not have gone better. My son uses the same company to serve as his furnace and that’s where I got the recommendation. I highly recommend suburban heating and cooling.

Our HVAC technician responded to my text at 10:00 PM the night before the coldest day of the year, which alone speaks volumes about his dedication and professionalism. He arrived on time the very next morning, was incredibly respectful of the tenant and their home, and immediately got to work diagnosing and resolving the issue. His workmanship was thorough, efficient, and high-quality — most importantly, he restored heat quickly so our tenant could remain safe and comfortable in freezing temperatures. It’s rare to find contractors who combine responsiveness, reliability, integrity, and genuine care for people, especially during an emergency. This level of service protects not only the property, but the people living in it — and that matters. Saturday morning the guys were at our house putting up a new one. Excellent customer service, punctuality, and clear explanations. C&S Heating look for solutions to fix vs selling you unnecessary spare parts.

He replies promptly to requests, gives a heads up when he is on the way, and shows up exactly at the agreed time. Most importantly, he is the most honest person I have worked with in more than 20 years. Pricing is reasonable, service is excellent, and I cannot recommend Rob and this company highly enough.
