We had a great experience having our AC replaced. Highly recommend Rob, Eddie and their team! And here's why - Thorough & Fast: Rob investigated the issue carefully and quickly found a refrigerant leak. Honest & Economical: He recommended a cost-effective solution and didn't try to charge us for things we didn't need. No Pressure: We even asked if we should replace the furnace and upgrade to a two-stage AC, and he gave us honest advice instead of pushing a massive, expensive project. Amazing Install Team: The team that came to replace the unit—Frank, and Nate—were absolutely fantastic and incredibly thorough. Trustworthy, professional, and seamless from start to finish!
These folks are amazing. Timely, highly professional, quick, get things done and very courteous to boost. I had just purchased a new condo, and had several things that needed fixing, so I dealt with all sorts of repair services. City & Suburban were the only ones that explained what they would do, when they would do it and did exactly as they said without charging an absurd amount of money. I know I need additional HVAC help in the future and it's good to know a trustworthy provider that I know will price fairly and just get it done.

Our A/C stopped working during the recent heat wave. Other companies didn't return our messages, but City & Suburban answered right away and were professional and communicative throughout. Rob was able to get to our place within a few hours, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C unit. He was practical and professional, and we would definitely call again.
The storm on June 10 knocked out my AC unit and Rob was out the same day. He immediately identified and fixed the issue. Not only does Rob know what he’s doing, he’s responsive, a total pro, and easy to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Setting up an apt was quick, easy, and painless. No one bothered me unnecessarily. Apts were available at 7am, which is great to take care of things before busy work hours. Rob arrived at the scheduled apt promptly and was extremely courteous and professional. We have been dealing with cooling issues with our upstairs system and had recently been leaving. Several other companies had inspected and did very little to resolve my problems, which has been very frustrating and a waste of money. Rob fixed my issues where others either didn’t or couldn’t.
