I was a PT patient of Sheila's in their Neuro Rehab clinic. I have a connective tissue disorder and Sheila has been such a big help teaching me various exercises to gain strength and even everyday things, like how to carry my purse or good sleeping positions so I am more functional. Sheila also listens to me; we learn from each other. That's not as common as it should be. In listening to me, she is able to customize my therapy to my particular needs. I'm so glad my cardiologist referred me to her. As for the facility, it's easy to find, parking is free and plentiful. And the support staff in the neuro clinic is also helpful.
I went here for physical and occupational therapy. The occupational therapist I had was mostly a waste of time. A real shame since she burned up the window of time I had to make the most progress. She’d become frustrated that my affected shoulder hurt with various exercises. I’d say that it’s out of alignment and she’d say that it wasn’t. It’s my shoulder and I should know. She’d feel it and say it’s not dislocated. A substitute therapist was much better. The best she did was introduce me to EMS. The physical therapist was better. She explained that my shoulder was only partially dislocated and that’s why movement was painful. She knew how to get it back in place and even showed my wife how to do it. (It’s a shame she didn’t show the occupational therapist) But she also talked away half the session. When she was on leave I had a couple of male therapists. They were all business. I appreciated that. I saved the worst for last. The woman that they call their nurse was the worst. She gave me false hope (for a couple of days) by telling me that the nerves in the affected area of my brain were not dead, but inflammation was interrupting their ability to function. She said that after awhile it’d all come back. When I saw my neurologist a couple days later he told me that was false, that they were dead, and that it’s the brain’s ability to rewire itself is why I had function returning. That “nurse” needs to go back to school and shouldn’t be in that position. So overall I made progress there. Could I have done better elsewhere? I believe so. Heck, I’ve learned more by watching Rehab HQ on YouTube and continuing my therapy at home! One telling thing is they never asked how they performed.

Everyone I encountered at Premier Health Primary was competent and kind. Front staff, nurses, lab techs and the understandably highly rated NP Rebecca Boatman - by far the best primary care I have received in Ohio. I’m finally being listened to and receiving appropriate care.
Nice place for UD staffs. Receptionist Madison was very nice and friendly at 2nd floor. Staff Nick was good. Dr. Tucker was very helpful. I would recommend.
The Doctors are great! But...the staff is very sub-par! If you need a prescription refill, good luck. The office manager is the rudest most disrespectful so called professional I ever dealt with! Premier Health should take a good look at this facility and clean house, starting at the top down!
