I've been a loyal patient here for 5 years, but today they turned me away and denied me care because of an insurance glitch. My insurance company explicitly told me my policy is active, but the office staff insisted it wasn't. What's worse, the staff completely refused to call my agent to verify my active status. I came to this office for medical help because I have some serious, concerning symptoms. I couldn't even get any resources on my symptoms to at least ease my mind while I wait for my next appointment. Instead of being billed or even getting some basic compassion and help for a scary situation like this, considering my insurance is actually active, the front desk completely shut me out. After 5 years of coming here, I expected to be treated like a human being, not just an insurance code.
My sons are treated very well here. Staff is excellent.

Wish I could rate lower. Unfortunately due to circumstances I was a patient here since ‘08 and have had to report this practice multiple times to the state medical board and BBB. I am the patient and have rights. Anytime in doubt fight for your medical care. Is what I had to learn the hard way. Grateful I am able to hopefully find a in network provider for my needs. If you want to have a condition be ignored and/or misdiagnosed set an appointment here. If you want to be belittled and have the your medical care taken lightly set an appointment here. Do you like your medical results and blood work disclosed in the front lobby at the check in counter? Then you must book here. I am sure others may have had better experiences and I am happy for them but I also see experiences similar to mine. It’s really sad to think the ones we entrust with our lives can be so inconsistent and callous to our needs.
I tried to schedule and appointment and the receptionist wasn’t very sympathetic . I explained my reasoning for coming in and he stated he was going to contact me back in regards to confirm the appointment and I never received a call back. It’s disheartening as a patient in need of medical services that I’’m not important and my needs aren’t even worth listening to. This is bad service. I don’t recommend at all especially if you are in critical need of services.
