⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my water heater replaced by Cooper Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. James was my technician, and he was polite, courteous, professional, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and simply, making sure I understood my options and the work being performed. The installation was completed efficiently, and my home was left clean and tidy afterward, which I greatly appreciated. I also value the warranty that comes with the work, giving me additional peace of mind. This was actually my fourth time using Cooper Plumbing for various repairs around my older home, and they have consistently delivered excellent service every time. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing, and especially James, for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused plumbing service.

James came out to provide an estimate and was able to install our new sink same day. It was a challenging job due to limited space and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly. Amazing service and we are thrilled with our new sink.
Do not use this shady plumbing company!!! They ripped me off by charging me double of fair market pricing for a simple garbage disposal replacement that should have cost roughly $350. Instead I was charged $601, was never offered the option to provide my own material and told by the Cooper plumber that this is a 2 hour job when it is really a 1 hour job. Their invoice does even itemize the charges into what is being charged for materials and what is being charged for labor or how many hours of labor. It simply shows a lump sum charge of $601 which is probably by design to hide the extra charges. They even require that you have to keep your credit card on file to even start any work which was a red flag!! Research shows that the price to replace a garbage disposal with a premium unit should be between $350-$450 which was verified by a reputable plumber as a second opinion for this area. I felt totally betrayed and taken advantage of so I reached out to discuss with Cooper Plumbing’s management named Jeremiah who turned out to be rude and useless. He would not acknowledge that his plumber lied and never offer me any option to provide my own unit as well as overcharging me for 2 hours of labor instead of 1 hour of labor which is standard for this type of work. Jetemiah refused to resolve the issue with any type of price adjustment claiming that his plumber did everything perfectly which is completely false! Their extremely poor customer service/lack of dispute resolution skills and deceptive billing practices has lost any future business from me as well as any future referrals while earning them a big complaint to the Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners so they cannot try this again on any future victims. Avoid the headache and waste of time by avoiding this company like the plague!
We have used Cooper plumbing multiple times now. The technicians are always extremely polite and professional. They assess the job and give you a quote before getting started. Prices are always reasonable. Most importantly, communication between their head office and the client is always great. Joy is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Cooper plumbing
