I'm delighted with having worked with Arnold Electric for a ceiling light fixture installation, the replacement of my kitchen lights, and dimmers for both, and a couple other small items. Every single employee I came in contact with was professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thanks to the office agents Andrea and Jessica, who throughout the service, kept me informed so I knew exactly what to expect and when. When Brady came to estimate the project, he listened attentively and promptly provided several options for my consideration, one which was an intuitive fit. Adrian was the electrician who performed the work. He arrived fully prepared, worked efficiently, and completed all work in a timely manner. And to top it all off, their work is guaranteed for FIVE years!
I cannot say enough good things about Tony from Arnold. Tony is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was at our home for about six hours doing a variety of electrical work, and worked continuously and diligently during that whole time. We have under counter lights that we’re not working and the original installers – not Arnold – had the wires in the crawlspace, which I was not aware of or had forgotten, and Tony figured that out. The transformer in the crawlspace wasn’t easy to get to-plus the transformer didn’t work due to a manufacturer issue.Tony had one of his colleagues bring a new transformer, and that did the trick. Tony is definitely someone that will not quit until the job is done and completed expertly. I’m very pleased with Tony and with Arnold overall! Here is a full list of the items that Tony took care of: -Ceiling fan swap -Doorbell/under-counter lights transformer swap -Outlet exterior GFCI -Surface -Breaker swap two pole -Rework humidifier conduit run and install conduit between panel and box in mechanical rm -Better surge protector -A vapor barrier is a protective layer installed to prevent moisture from entering the interior of the panel.

Arnold Electric services are exceptional. I requested several different lighting scenarios from Brady. He was happy to assist. He provided excellent follow-up and explanations that made sense. Joe was my technician. He performed the installation. He was the best! He involved me in all aspects before he proceeded to ensure I was happy with the results. I have a whole house sprinkler system that caused us to have to reconfigure the spacing. I am also in the middle of a remodel. Joe patiently helped me visualize my options. I could not have asked for a better representative in my home. I am extremely happy with the outcome and will use Arnold Electric again.

A little late on posting my review, but a little over a week ago Dan H. came out to help us with an outlet that started to spark. We got quick same day service, and was able to also get a second outlet replaced and a brand new 240v outlet added elsewhere in the house. Would absolutely recommend Arnold Electrical, and be sure to ask for Dan H! Years ago we had our electrical system reviewed by Arnold, and they saved all of their notes and pictures, so when Dan came over he had already reviewed our setup and knew what he was working with. Arnold is out here doing a better job than my doctor does before appointments!
