Now there is a dentist by the name of Evan Fuller he is very heavy-handed and rough. If you don't like it you better tell him cuz the more pain you have the rougher he is. I'm scared of Dennis so I need to find someone that would be a little more gentle ☹️
Today I had an amazing experience with the dental hygienist, Shelby. If every dental visit were like this, no one would fear cleanings. She was gentle, polite, and professional. Thank you, Shelby!
The dentist doctor lady ms Shelby s is a freaking beast !! She’s super informative on any questions I had, helped me get everything I need to maintain my dental health , and does FANTASTIC WORK in a short amount of time . I could see the difference in my teeth before I even left the office !! Not only was the process quick and easy , Shelby made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time ! She’s got a great attitude with a positive vibe that creates a welcoming space for new clients ! And the appointment was very affordable! I’d recommend Shelby to everyone ! I was nervous coming into the clinic because I haven’t been to a dentist in YEARS but Shelby executed the procedure like a master and I have a follow up appointment next week , I have absolutely no doubt, fear or nervousness about it bc Shelby did such a great job.im actually excited to get the other half of my mouth done so I can see all the results ! If you need dental services, based on my experiences for the last five months I would give this Central location a zero rating if they had one on this review. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one! I should've went somewhere else after they had me sit in the lobby for a hour just to come out and tell me the dentist they assigned me was no longer working there and I had to reschedule with another dentist but I didn't and I've been paying for it every since. Almost 6 months and wayyyyy too many visits & rescheduling later my partials have yet to be sent off for the final process to be made. The process is now being extended to November. This experience is the complete opposite of my first set of partials. Once this process is completed I'm never coming back to this place and wouldn't recommend no one to patronize this place!
I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and to fix a chip that was causing pain. During this visit I was only seen by the doctor to be told to come back in two months for the cleaning. Additionally, the front desk was rude and when confronted about it, left a note with the doctor stating I was not happy. Dr. Buller came out and when I told him I was displeased that the pain in my tooth was not addressed, he told me that the chip was only on the surface and that “there’s no way it could be causing pain.” I left immediately and will not return. I do not recommend this location or Dr. Buller.
