Their team was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout every phase of the project. Communication was excellent—Kevin, our project manager, kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. The quality of their workmanship truly exceeded our expectations, and the finished result is both beautiful and functional. They stayed on schedule, respected our home, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. We couldn’t be happier with the transformation and would highly recommend Texas General Contractors to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled remodeling team!
Our Project Manager, Austin Villarreal was amazing and if this survey was strictly for the overall management of our renovation, it would be 5 stars. The cabinet builders and flooring team did awesome work. We had issues with the detail work of the cabinet painters, counter work and wall work and Austin was always right on top of it, and got the issues resolved as quickly as possible. We worked definitely use TGC again and recommend them to friends and family.

Texas General did an excellent job rehabing a unit for us after a fire. From the beginning, they handled everything very professionally and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. They worked through all the required permits and coordinated the project smoothly, which was a huge! Communication was clear, timelines were reasonable, and the work was done well. It was great having a contractor that could manage both the construction and the permitting process without constant follow-up. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend Texas General for similar projects.
Mr Erwin was in my house within an hour of being called. He began with making calls for water mitigation, workers, and talked to my insurance company with my permission and information. The workmen were there within a short time, taking off baseboards, and fans started drying out the floors and furniture. Mr Erwin came every day to measure the moisture and check on the progress. Workers were always on time, pleasant, and efficient in their work. I am grateful that this company was available and efficient in what they do!
