These guys got me in to check my brake job when another mechanic was full and I have since kept bringing my cars to them. They were kind enough to tell me what i did wrong in the brake install. For my recent inspection, they heard a rattling while I was making the appointment and took a quick look to figure out what it was so that we could get it done at the same time (water pump). They also got clips to put my bumper cover back together. I was told by the person who referred me to stop in to make an appointment vs call. I’m not sure if this is necessarily their preference but it does seem to be easier (and in doing this, they did walk around my car to know what they were looking at first). Oh, and they commissioned the mural on the side of their building. Even if you don’t need any work on your car, go check it out. It’s hidden in an alley and pretty great.
Great work at very reasonable cost. They know what my car needs, and are probably too busy to do anything unnecessary in the first place. Not only do they never upsell, they let me know a few things I thought might be needed were actually not.
