Dr. Gallagher is not only a true professional but a very caring person as well. He listens to what you have to say and offers options for your consideration but does not attempt to choose for you. He is the best physician I have found after my doctor of 30 years retired. I tried 3 others before I found him.
As a retired pharmacist who has worked with multiple healthcare providers, I am extremely confident with Dr Gallagher's knowledge. His bed side manner is very good. He gives this patient quality time. He is a doctor who truly listens and helps you make proper decisions. In these times of needing to be our own medical advocates, Dr Gallagher is a good partner.
This was my initial visit with Dr. Edward’s and this practice. My appointment was initiated and completed on time. All personnel (nurse, lab technician, and front desk) were courteous and professional throughout my appointment. I have been trying to find a good Primary care provider to work with for over 2 years. Dr. Gallagher and the entire team were so friendly and helpful. Making an appointment was quite easy. Communication was proactive from the office to ensure I was aware of my upcoming appointment. Reception was helpful, efficient and pleasant. The nurse that attended me was also friendly and efficient in getting me settled and gathering my initial assessment information. She skillfully applied a vaccination without pain or issue. Dr. Gallagher was excellent as well. He attended me within a minute of my intake. He has an excellent demeanor and certainly appears ready to help navigate my health future. Upon completion of my appointment there is a designated desk for out-processing where I was able to get helpful instruction on new appointments, medical records, and directions to other facilities. The attendant at this desk was also very friendly and so helpful. If you are looking for a place that will proactively provide health expertise with a friendly and streamlined experience, this is the place!
Dr. Gallagher took time out of his already busy schedule to see me and help me get the meds I needed. He always makes his patients a high priority. Personal connection has always been very important to me. For many years, I was a patient of Dr. Gramann (now retired) at this practice; he was my friend as well as my internist. Dr. Gallagher has the same approach in a younger physician. His personal connection really puts my mind at ease, and causes me to trust his advice and opinions. Thank you, Doc.
