We loved our stay at the Embassy Suites at Pioneer Square for a few days prior to our departure for an Alaskan Cruise. The Embassy suites was one of only a handful that I could find with adjoining rooms and was one of the most family friendly hotels I have stayed tax The manager reception and breakfast were exceptional, particularly the fresh made avocado toast from the grill. The employees were all incredibly pleasant to work with and were quick to address any needs. We found that this location was just a short walking distance to many of the piers and made our stay in Seattle enjoyable and memorable! Plus, the views are incredible! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!
Stayed here before our train journey to Vancouver but what a mistake it was. Stay anywhere else location is not even worth it. Our key card could not open our room when we first arrived and someone had to come charge the electronic door lock so we could get in the room. We were exhausted with all our luggage and needing a restroom. Minutes later after I go retrieve some food it’s dead again.. same thing happened the next morning. NEXT, this hotel needs to pay its workers a fair wage and end the protest. We were awoken to the loud noise of the extended picketing and it continued all day. I stand with the protesters here. Do better Hilton and Embassy Suites this is quite embarrassing.

Very nice, clean comfortable room. Wonderful staff, allowed me an early checking. Good breakfast and 5pm happy hour. Good location. Luggage storage avaiable. Very convenient if you are catching the Amtraks train as station is across the road. Will stay again.
Booked a corner suite to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. The room itself was beautiful with a great view, bed was super comfy, although kitchenette lacked basics like cups and utensils. Manager cocktail reception was nice and breakfast decent. "Hot" tub was only at about 100 degrees, pool area otherwise nice. Why the 1 star? As you can hear in my videos from my room on the 14th floor there are employees protesting outside and it is LOUD. After paying nearly $400 a night to sleep at this hotel, very little rest was achieved due to this. We went out Friday night and returned late around 2am. The garage was closed but my husband was able to get security to let us in. At about 7am we were woken up by a sonic boom 💥 as protesting started. They didn't stop until late evening that day. Next morning same thing. I'm recording this right before checkout, as it's been super disruptive to our very expensive stay. There's a letter from management on the counter acknowledging the protest and stating that it isn't disrupting service, the problem is that they knew this was happening and didn't notify guests before check in. We would have stayed elsewhere because spending hours in a room with this noise is horrible. No compensation or accommodations were offered to offset this. The noise is everywhere, the breakfast/ cocktail area is LOUD! You can't escape it unless you're at the pool. If you haven't checked in yet book somewhere else!
My family is 5 just spent 3 great night's at this property. It feels brand new, but apparently it's almost 10 years old. The rooms were very spacious. The shower is absolutely amazing, like WOW! Breakfast was great too with plenty of options. Location is also fantastic as you can walk many places. The only minor complaint I had was the onsite parking was a bit steep, but it does include in/out privileges and it was safe and convenient. As a Diamond I was very happy with this property and would gladly return.
