I love this place! I love their poodle Arlow! He started barking to be let out of the office. He sat right by me and my fiancée feet as we waited for the service to finish. I’m always taking my car here. Danielle is great, busy but she still makes sure everyone is taken care of. If you need any car repairs come here! Also come here if you need an emissions test, mines was free. I moved from Michigan to Ohio and wasn’t aware, they helped me from start to finish like I was lifetime customer! I highly recommend Plain Brothers for all of your car repair needs.
Plain Brothers Auto is like a family I've been going here for year's my Wife and I for both of our cars and they always take care of us they definitely will beat any price they charge at the dealership and they will look at your car without charging you let you know what's all wrong with it and ask you what all you want done if money is a factor. Danielle, Gary the whole crew are amazing and friendly appreciate them alot. I recommend if you having any car work you need done or just a simple oil change check them out.

She gave me a much lower estimate and got me in quickly. Later that day, Danielle called to tell me the truth. My brakes and rotors were completely fine and wouldn’t need replacement for another 6 to 8 months. No upselling, no pressure, just honest advice. That kind of integrity is rare. I trust them completely with my family’s vehicles and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic.
