Shaquille did an outstanding job replacing both my valve and faucet. He explained several repair options, including some that were more affordable. I ended up choosing the most pricy option because I wanted the issue resolved as quickly as possible. He was extremely professional and completed the entire valve and faucet replacement in less than three hours. Thanks to his efficiency, I was able to have running water back in my home much sooner than I expected. I also really appreciated how carefully he worked. He only had to cut the smallest possible section of drywall to access the plumbing, which minimized the repair afterward. When everything was finished, he cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the work area spotless. I highly recommend Shaquille for his professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work. Thank you again!

I had a great experience with Gene Johnson Plumbing. Justin came out to fix my Navien tankless water heater and did an excellent job. He was very friendly, professional, and knew all about our system. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything and the whole experience felt honest and straightforward. It’s not always easy finding a company you feel you can trust, and I really appreciated the quality of service. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Gene Johnson Plumbing and Justin.
We came home to our hot water heater leaking and sitting in water. I called Gene Johnson Plumbing and Edgar Olvar-Roman (tech) was at our house within hours.
