I have been coming here for many years, my family comes here I and have sent patients here. Mrs Gordon is by far my favorite with her patience and kindness. I know Im not an easy patient with a hx of tbi, alot of allergies and bad gag reflex. But yet she remains calm and patient.I appreciate that. The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable and professional, that's nice to have in this day and age. Keep up the great work !
I’m admit I have high anxiety when going to a dentist. But, this visit was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, to getting my teeth fixed, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Pleasant, friendly, calming and kind are the best words I could think of for my resent experience. Thank you!
Love this dentist office, everyone is so friendly! Timing is usually efficient, and quick. Have had a lot of dental work done here in the past few years, with all satisfaction. Would recommend Carol!

Plenty of staff, very friendly and helpful. This place is professional and the doctor is cool. But they told me 3 times price was not going to change, I don't have dental insurance, went from $150 to $300 because they had to do some water vibration cleaning.
Hires dental is a good place with good people overall. Been going there for a few years now however On today's visit they really upset me over the difficulty getting my insurance verified. I called them a few weeks before my appointment to get my insurance verified AND I gave them all of my information. Also I called my insurance company personally a few weeks before my appointment since they were experiencing difficulty. The day BEFORE my appointment I called them about them still not having my insurance verified. Josie there sent me a link to verify my insurance information and medical history. I LITERALLY told Josie that I was at work and she told me to just fill it out when I get off work (no consideration for what my work days are like). I work long stressful days as a property manager, so by the time I got off work I was not in the mood nor did I have the energy to fill out forms containing information I'd already provided them with multiple times before... Furthermore One of the much older women there literally was yelling to me from her desk to tell me out loud in front of everyone that MetLife dental didn't show that I was insured on their website. That was extremely tacky on her part and very embarrassing for me. It was almost said in a wierd "trying to embarrass me way". Her outburst was extremely annoying considering all of the work I did before my appointment to prevent last minute issues. Shortly after that outburst she managed to verify my insurance, but THAT didn't get broadcast to everyone in the waiting area. There's this one younger woman who is very kind and so easy going. I hate that I don't have her name but she is the one with the LED bright straight teeth and pretty eyes. She helped me pay after my visit today and I really appreciate her. She is always soooo helpful and knowledgeable. She deserves a raise. ✨😌 The dentist there are super polite. One time they accidentally hired a rude temp dentist. They got rid of him thank goodness . Despite my poor experience with 2 of the 3 people at the front desk I give them 5 stars because the good definitely outweigh the bad here.
