Really nice hotel, new and rooms are spacious and clean The breakfast is superb, loved the pancake machine plus the stuff is so helpful. Literally i would go again just for the breakfast Only downside is that it is slightly far from Downtown but to be honest, maybe it's better not to stay Downtown. The area around is also beautiful, close to Parthenon and some really nice bars and restaurants There is one or two live night clubs, so it might be a bit noisy if there's a concert but the windows are well sound proof
We were able to check in a little early which was awesome. The room we had was quiet and the air conditioning worked amazingly. But the room wasn't clean completely. The bathroom still had hair on the floor around the shower. Other than that the staff was really friendly and the check in and check out was fast and the valet service was quite fast also. All in all I would stay here again.

Their flexibility and kindness were super appreciated this week when so many of us (and our pets!) needed a warm place to go. They made an exception for dogs over 40 lbs and let us check out a day early with no penalty when our power came back. My only complaint is that the sidewalks weren't salted well the first night, which made walking the dogs a little dicey since there's not much grass around. Otherwise, the location is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and a hot breakfast and all-day coffee hit the spot after days without power.
Omg! I had such a good experience at this hotel! The customer service was excellent! A guy named Isaac helped me and my family tremendously! Wanna give a big shoutout to him for making the experience more enjoyable! I will be recommending this hotel to all of my friends and family out of town! I know for certain that I will be coming back!!
Holiday Inn Express and Suites West End was a fabulous hotel. They offered a free shuttle right down to Broadway, which made everything very convenient! The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was included, which was nice. Food was good. All the staff were exceptional and very friendly. Destanie at the front desk was one of the best people I’ve ever worked with at a front desk. She was very knowledgeable and willing to help with everything and go out of her way for us. She was always smiling, very upbeat and happy! I will definitely be booking another stay when I head back to Nashville. Thanks for everything!
