I cannot recommend Emilia Saporiti and the Brownstein Rask team highly enough. Emilia assisted me through an incredibly stressful and complex housing/legal matter over the course of several months, and throughout the entire process she was thoughtful, responsive, intelligent, strategic, compassionate, and grounded. She consistently balanced realism with empathy, helped me understand risks clearly, advocated strongly on my behalf, and ultimately helped bring a very difficult situation to a successful resolution. What stood out most to me was Emilia’s professionalism and calm communication style under pressure. Legal situations can feel overwhelming and emotionally exhausting, and I always felt supported, respected, and taken seriously throughout the process. I was referred to Brownstein Rask through a previous lawyer in order to finish up a long standing auto injury case. Cary Cadonau was respectful , easy to work with and very good at what he does. Any questions , concerns or confusion was met with swift and comprehensive answers that were able to quickly clear things up. Should I have the need to I will gladly use Brownstein Rask again and would feel confident referring them to others.
