I had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites in Erlanger, Kentucky. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathrooms were spotless, and the hallways and common areas were also very clean, which made the entire hotel feel welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of options, and everything was fresh and well stocked. The night staff was especially courteous, friendly, and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. Overall, the entire facility was clean, well cared for, and provided a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Stayed at this hotel because they had a good rate for Memorial Day weekend. We traveled with a small dog so they put us in a “pet room” which basically means they put us in a room where other folks also traveled with pets. The pet fee was $25/day so that was great. But the room smelled like a bunch of dogs had been in the room of course. The room was fine but the carpet was just icky. You could tell multiple dogs probably had accidents on that carpet so we tried to keep socks and slippers on. I wish we had gotten a room with a balcony so we could’ve gotten some air circulation. We were in room 131. The ironing board had so much dust on the base. I just think house keeping is paying attention to clean linen and surface cleaning. It wasn’t god awful, but it wasn’t the best. The bathroom was clean but small. Very little counter space. Internet was free but unsecured so my work laptop wouldn’t connect which was annoying…but personal devices connected no issue. The TV has basic cable but no apps on the tv. I luckily brought my own hdmi cable so we could stream Netflix from my computer and connect it to the tv. I’m giving 4 stars because the staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was pretty good. We stayed Thursday through Sunday so they switched the breakfast options up a couple times. There’s something to eat for everyone. We were in town for a graduation so it wasn’t like a true vacation. The hotel fit our needs for the visit, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. If you’re on a budget and need a decent place to lay your head, this works. But if you’re looking for something a bit more elevated, this probably isn’t the best choice.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very welcoming. One unique feature is the 24-hour outdoor fireplace—just inform the receptionist, and they’ll gladly turn it on for you anytime. The property also offers an outdoor swimming pool and complimentary treadmills for workouts, which is a great bonus. Breakfast is included and provides a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, a comfortable stay with thoughtful amenities and excellent service.
Not sure how they got a 4. The outside is nice and redone. The room I had #121 was typical small room. The carpet needs replaced, the toilet basically sat in the middle of the bathroom, there was holes in the wall where I'm guessing the old TV was or picture. The bathroom fan and room thermostat didn't work, the bathroom ceiling was mudded, but didn't seem to be sanded and lots of paint chipping. Bed was comfortable, so there's that. Breakfast was decent. I travel allot, and I've always enjoyed Radisson properties, just hope this is a working progress.
We stayed at the hotel when taking my son to a stage experience in Cincinnati. The rooms are a little bit rough. The carpet was fraying. We had to go downstairs to get a replacement remote for the tv. Our showers was missing conditioner. The toilet ran during the evening, and eventually developed a leak at the bottom. Faucets and outlets were definitely not aligned properly on the wall. That said, it was cheap, the breakfast was better than we expected (the hot breakfast included eggs and sausage or bacon each day), and the front desk staff (particularly RK) was extremely friendly and helpful to us. Noise levels weren't great. Both evenings, we spent the night listening to yelled conversations and slam doors out in the hallway, but that might also be a matter of the price point. We had a band staying there that evening, a bunch of teenagers, which probably didn't help with reducing the noise. Oh, and the staircases are noticeably dank, with a slight smell of mold.
