Gary was very professional and built everything up to code. The turn around was quick and there was no hiccups in the schedule All inspections passed without any issues. His team of architects, engineers, and labor workers were professional and made the process very smooth. Totally appreciate his passion and patiences.
It's 2024 and another edit. Gary is wonderful. I had another renovation to do for my mother so of course I trusted this to Gary. As always, he was prompt, fair, and thorough. He converted a bathtub to a walk-in shower, replaced carpet with all new flooring, along with many other general fixes. Not to mention the nice touch-ups that needed to be done, that I didn't even think to ask about. So that's a total 3 renovations and a brand new construction ADU) from GK General Construction. Highly recommend you reach out to Gary. You will not be disappointed. --- Edit: Since the post above, Gary created a brand new house in our backyard (ADU). Once again, he did a great job and we couldn't be happier with the results! --- Simply put, Gary is amazing. He's done 3 renovations for us over the years. Last year's job was a complete renovation where Gary gutted a house down to the studs and built it back up. This means floors, windows, walls, kitchen, bath - you name it! The family and I are more than excited living in our new place. Highly recommended! Looking forward to working with Gary on our next project.

I had an amazing experience with GK General Construction! The team was professional, reliable, and delivered high-quality work right on schedule. They paid great attention to detail and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy contractors!
So far the best contractor i worked with. Quick easy, no problems with the city, no headaches. Got the job done professionally, every little detail was accounted for. Definitely would recommend everyone to use Garen, for their projects.
We have been working with Gary on several different projects of complete renovations of homes including square foot additions to complete new structures. He's been great to work with. Very timely, does what he says in the time frame he says. Work just keeps moving along and his crew is always on top of things. His prices are very reasonable and he's also a very pleasant man. Best contractor in town!
