My sales person Luke Miller was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and made the entire process so easy. Bill Ragan himself is always happy to serve as a resource and answer questions if needed, and makes himself available to each and every customer. The company’s commitment to quality and a highly personal customer experience shines through In every interaction. My new roof is beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. Communication was excellent throughout the entire project. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and eased any nerves I had about installing a skylight. Wow, wow, wow! That’s all I can say about my new roof from Bill Ragan Roofing Company . After storms hit our neighborhood, we had countless roofing companies knocking on our door. When I started working with my insurance company, it became clear they were not eager to pay what was truly needed. A friend referred me to Bill, and it was the best decision I could have made. He went head-to-head with the insurance company, speaking their technical language and negotiating on my behalf until we received a fair settlement. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and protected my property with tarps, carefully covering plants and landscaping. They removed nearly four tons of shingles and completed the entire job in one day. The cleanup was so thorough you wouldn’t have known they were there. A few days later, we experienced a minor issue. Bill promptly sent a crew out within two days (weather permitting) and resolved it immediately. That level of follow-through is rare. Our roof now stands out on the entire street with beautiful dimensional shingles and a higher wind and hail rating than our old builder-grade roof. We couldn’t be happier. Bill Ragan Roofing did an absolutely amazing job on my roof and with competitive pricing. They gave me ample time to choose my roof color and were accommodating with my questions and requests. Bill Ragan Roofing is one awesome company. From the initial meeting to the final clean up they performed flawlessly. The roofing consultant was extremely knowledgeable and honest, all the crew was extremely polite, the work was done in 1 1/2 days and the clean up was immaculate. Was it the cheapest price? Probably not, but to me the quality of the work was worth maybe a little more. I would strongly recommend Bill Ragan Roofing to anyone who is looking for a roof replacement! Thanks so much!
