Loved the experience staying here. The view of the city was phenomenal from our room. We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. This includes a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, as well as cooking utensils. A couch, 3 tv areas, central air. Gave a townhouse vibe instead of a hotel room. Slept really well in beds too. Downtown Cleveland is rough however, and we had an issue with the parking garage gate system the entire time, but probably now is fixed hopefully. We would stay again!

Everything was thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while still feeling modern and upscale. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. If other ROOST locations are anything like the Cleveland property, I would happily stay at one again. It set a high standard for what an extended-stay hotel experience can be.

Stayed here (my first ROOST stay) for a long weekend leisure trip. Absolutely loved the rooms. They are actual one (or two) bedroom apartments with full kitchen and open concept lining room, with separate sleeping room and full walk in closet. The main room was my favorite with huge ceilings and massive windows. Don’t know if all the rooms are the same, but the bed in my room was the Japanese style where the mattress basically sits on the floor. Never seen that before. One other thing to note is they do not have “cable tv” service. They have Samsung Plus with lots of channels of content, but no “live” channels. It said they had local networks on a different source, but I couldn’t find it myself They only do housekeeping once every 7 days of stay. Not a concern for me, just noting it. The building itself is not typical for a hotel. The rooms are only on the outside of the two long ends, with the parking deck going up the middle. There are all elevator banks down to the hotel side lobby on Prospect but also one to a lobby on Euclid. Both are accessible for hotel guests, but it takes a bit of getting used to navigating. For parking, they do have dedicated spots on the 4th floor of the deck within the building. You can pre-book with LAZ and use a QR code to come and go, but you can’t book parking directly with the hotel. Also, you can get from the deck to the elevators that go to the hotel lobby (the reservation pre-check-in email said you couldn’t). And once checked in, you can get to your room floor from the deck without going outside. This will definitely be my go-to first choice for any future Cleveland trips.
First time staying here. Location is good for everything nearby and walking distance from a lot of things. The rooms themselves were nice enough and came with alot of space for a one bedroom apartment feel to it. Really liked the full kitchen even though we only stayed overnight, it could use a deep cleaning and maybe some up grades to the furniture. I would stay here again if in the area but it is a bit pricey per night plus parking.
We had a situation during our stay at ROOST Cleveland, and Karolina was absolutely wonderful. She was very understanding and helped us resolve the issue quickly and kindly. Traveling with a baby can be stressful, and her support and flexibility meant a lot to us. She handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. Thank you, Karolina!
