Amazing service and always fast with repairs. Eddy is extremely knowledgeable and great at explaining what’s going on with my vehicle. He walked me through the issue, its severity, and a rough estimate of when the repair would be complete. Taylor is fabulous at calling with updates on repairs and always gives accurate pricing for parts and repairs. I had an excellent experience with Campus Auto Repair and highly recommend them. They repaired the engine on my Mercedes GLE 350, including a timing chain repair, and I was extremely impressed with their knowledge and professionalism throughout the process. What stood out most was their honesty and accuracy in diagnosing the issue. They knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle right away and took the time to clearly explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They were transparent, informative, and never made me feel pressured or uncertain. The team is incredibly intelligent and clearly very experienced. Engine repairs can be stressful, especially something as major as a timing chain issue, but they gave me confidence from the beginning that my car was in good hands. They were also very friendly and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. Finding an auto repair shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing quality work is rare. I’m grateful for their expertise and would absolutely trust them with my vehicle again.
