Beachwood Dental

This was my first visit with Beachwood Dental and I was very nervous and anxious. However, the staff were very welcoming and supportive. The Receptionist was very pleasant upon arrival. The Hygienist in room 4 was very pleasant and informative about my exam. The Dentist was also very pleasant and informative about my treatment plan and willing to answer questions that I had. She also suggested what work should be completed first and so on. At the end of my visit, when I sat down with the Receptionist (costs) for treatment plan prices, she was also pleasant and explained how payments would work for my dental care. I was impressed with my care during my first office visit and I feel very comfortable about returning for my services.

From the moment I walked into Beachwood Dental I felt welcomed. The receptionists were amazingly pleasant. The dental assistant was friendly, articulate, energetic, informative, and helpful. I had met Dr. Mikhli previously, so I had high expectations of him. He far exceeded my expectations. I perceived his skill set to be outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and articulate. He took the time to examine and research my issue for which I came in, he even reached out to colleagues to obtain all the information he could. His bedside manner was exceptional. He made me feel heard. He answered all of my questions and helped me to feel comforted when he shared news about my condition, including a follow up call when he received further information. I don't think I have ever had a medical professional as thorough and stellar as Dr. Mikhli! At the end of my exam, I met with the woman who helps patients with billing. She was, as everyone else, cordial, patient, and superlative. I give this practice my highest recommendation!!!
