I recently had storm damage and contact JF Baker on a Saturday to request an inspection and repairs. They returned my call immediately and requested to come the next day (Sunday) and install tarps on the damaged areas and eventually replaced the entire roof. The continuous communication and level of customer service is incredible! I am very satisfied with the completed job and they took extreme measures to not damage any landscape in the process. They also did a very thorough job cleaning up after the work was complete.
JF Baker Roofing has been my go-to roofer for over 20 years. I've used them on multiple projects, and have always been delighted with the experience and results. Their crew is the very best. I hired JF Baker to replace the flat roof under my rooftop deck. It was a complex job that required careful planning and execution. They used an EPDM membrane to completely encompass the roof and parapet walls. The crew was professional, detail-oriented, quick to finish the work, and kept careful documentation of their work. They also coordinated well with my general contractor. I highly recommend JF Baker!
