I spoke with David this morning, and I appreciated his expertise as well as his generosity of information. I'm navigating a tedious construction issue, which has been trying for me. His demeanor and approach got my day off to a good start. I see he does estate planning. I will need those services in the future, and I plan on hiring him.
At the top of their list of services, it says civil rights litigation.And when I call them, they said they do not do civil rights litigation. They said they do car wrecks and things like that. That's what they consider civil rights. Which, in my opinion is just civil law? Civil rights are specific to our rights and our constitutional rights. So yeah, these alternatives like to play games apparently.
