I stayed here during the 2026 snowstorm, and wow—everyone and their dogs were there. It honestly felt like a dog show hotel 😂 But despite being completely full and having a lot of stressed travelers, the service was fantastic. The staff handled everything incredibly well, even with so many people and pets. Guests were respectful with their dogs, and it’s truly a great place to stay if you’re traveling with one—there’s plenty of grass and walking space close by. The hotel itself was very nice and clean, especially considering the circumstances. • The common areas were great for relaxing • Rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good size The bar was a highlight! The bartender, Cyrus, was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. Even though everyone was stressed and the hotel was packed, the staff was outstanding and got through it all with professionalism and kindness. Overall: 100/100 Would absolutely stay here again!
Stayed three nights for a hockey tournament and was welcomed with the best hospitality by James. Amazing person wearing many hats - He deserves a raise! Clean hotel, great food and fabulous conversations! Highly recommend!

I am a Nashville local, but my family stays at this hotel whenever they visit. It is bright, roomy, and clean, and service has always been wonderful . Most recently, though, after being displaced from my home by an unprecedented ice storm and a long-term power/heat outage, I was able to get a reservation at the Hyatt Place Green Hills. With this large of a power outage across the city, many hotels were chaos with people sitting in the lobby to stay warm, asking lots of questions, looking for a reservation, etc. They Hyatt handled all of this with EXCEPTIONAL grace, not only opening their lobby to those who needed warmth, but being flexible, empathetic members of the Nashville community just trying to do the right thing by its residents. It was clear that the staff had quickly put a policy in place for how they would handle this storm, those who needed to extend their reservations, those who got power back quicker than they thought and were checking out, etc. The communication and transparency to guests was top-tier and I felt safe and taken care of for the multiple nights I stayed there. I could not have been more impressed and thankful for the care they used in this situation.
We are locals who arrived at this hotel very frazzled during the Nashville ice storm in January of 2026. The staff at this hotel were so very kind, truly. They were also stuck at the hotel for many days due to weather and continued to help us with smiles. Our room was very clean and the layout with a pull out couch made it very family friendly. I will recommend this hotel to any visitors in the area. We ended up staying at 5 different Nashville hotels during this storm and this one was definately the favorite.
This hotel is ok. The location is right next to Mall which may be great for a shopper and away from the busy downtown. The rooms are in ok condition but very bare looking- almost a little drab but bed was comfortable and a nice shower. Breakfast has some decent options. Did have an issue with my fridge not working but the hotel staff did put my items in a fridge and gave me a parking credit. They also were willing to give us extra pillows and towels.
